McDonalds vs. Wendy’s

Aubry Bierer, Writer

Which chicken nuggets are better, Wendy’s or McDonalds? I believe that McDonalds chicken nuggets are better tasting, but are they better for you? Do Wendy’s have a higher nutritional value?

The statistics of McDonalds:

I have had Wendy’s and McDonalds chicken nuggets, but overall for taste and texture McDonalds is the best. But what about nutritional value? For a ten piece McNugget, it is 410 calories, 23g of fat, 26g of carbs, 26 grams of protein, and 750 mg of sodium. I believe that this is pretty nutritional for chicken nuggets, but what does Wendy’s have to offer?

The statistics of Wendy’s:

Overall Wendy’s nuggets are not bad, but when it comes to McDonalds, they lose the taste and texture test. But are Wendy’s chicken nuggets healthier? For ten piece Wendy’s chicken nuggets they are 420 calories, 27g of fat, 24g of carbs, 22g of protein, and 850 mg of sodium. So in nutrition Wendy’s chicken nuggets are  LESS healthy than McNuggets.

Conclusion:

McNuggets win against Wendy’s nuggets because not only is the texture and taste better than Wendy’s, but they are way healthier than Wendy’s chicken nuggets too.
