*SPOILER ALERT*  Don’t read this until you watched the finale of season 2.

As you know at the end of the second season,  the Thessalhydra  was summoned by Will Byers exactly the same way he did in Season 1’s finale. Basically how the Thessalhydra was formed or summoned was in the last Episode of Stranger Things Season 1.

Now we know the Thessalhydra started to grow more and more in The Upside Down and when Dustin encountered the demi-dog Thessalhydra, the monster used it to gather energy

to bring the upside down to reality. We now know in season 2 it fails. We do see the Thessalhydra hovering over the school.

We know the Thessalhydra was waiting for the gate to weaken so it could break out and do the process all over again. But what if the demogoron actually didn’t die, but went somewhere else in The Upside Down? What if the Thessalhydra and the Demogoron become

as one and tried to attack Will or Jane (Eleven) to take them out? Just think about it.  They both tried to destroy the reality world not The Upside Down. If that was their main goal then season 3 is gonna be interesting. But if they do break out then I think Will and Eleven are going to be there main target, but if they don’t then they would remain in the Upside Down for now.  So maybe Season 3 might show the

origins of the demogoron and the Thessalhydra.

Why did the Demogorgon in the first season choose Will and not any of their other friends? My theory of why he chose Will and not his friends is because of fear. It is liking saying when you are scared of something like clowns, the clown is going to chose the one who is vulnerable one and not the one who is less scared.

How come when they would burn the roots in season 2 it will burn Will. One people might say that “Oh no the Thessalhydra is inside and that is why it is hurting him.” No my theory is that the Upside Down in actually inside of Will. First of all he can go to the Upside Down and come back. The Others can’t, I mean Eleven she can but she has to be focusing and it is like she has to go inside Will mind just to go in. The people at Hawkins Lab can go inside but have to go in this little portal that leads to it. But Will he can go in it but it happens on some occasion not all the times.
