Whenever you watch a show you know that there’s going to be a sad episode. Whether it’s the ending of a season or one of your favorite characters leaving. Well Grey’s Anatomy is no exception with 17 seasons they have made some sad episodes.

One of the saddest episodes is in season 3 episode 16. Now I don’t want to spoil any of the episodes so don’t worry if you’re still watching Grey’s just look out for these episodes. Also I would recommend having a box of tissues while watching some of these episodes that I mention. Another episode that might bring you to tears is season 2 episode 17 where the hospital is faced with a dangerous situation.

Some of the saddest episodes among the Grey’s Anatomy fans are 11×21, 6×24, 8×24, 9×1, and 5×24. Now these episodes are famous for making Grey’s fans cry, even after watching it 5 times. So be careful while watching these episodes if you don’t want other people seeing you cry then I would recommend going to a private area to watch these episodes.

Now we know that Grey’s Anatomy takes place in a hospital so there’s bound to be sad patient deaths. So here are some of the most memorable patients that brought me to tears when they didn’t make it. 6×8, 15×9, 2×27, 8×10, 5×20, and 2×6 these are some of the saddest patient deaths. So I guess what I am saying is don’t get too emotionally attached to any of the characters in Grey’s Anatomy.
