Hey, I’m Hinata Shoyo and I’m a middle blocker in the Karasuno volleyball team. I love spiking the ball with my best friend Kayegama. He is also my setter. I am a 2nd year student at the Karunso High School. I have loved volleyball ever since I saw the ¨little giant¨ on live tv one day while I was simply riding my bike to get some meat buns. His actual name being Temmai Udai was only 5,5 when everyone else on his team was 5,10 yet he was still able to receive, spike, set, serve, block, etc, like no one else.  Since then I trained everyday because I was determined to be like the little giant. 

I started  playing in middle school, but there wasn’t a boys volleyball team but I always made my friends that played other sports practice with me so I was able to get practice in and into an actual volleyball tournament. That’s where I met Kayegama Tobio. He was the team I played against in my first tournament game last 32 minutes and we lost big time.. 0-25 and 7-25. After that day I was determined to defeat Kayegama. Never did I think a couple months later I would meet him and Karunso and be on the same team as him along with a bunch of other amazing players. Thanks to them I learned to receive and block properly along with some other tricks.
