I think that the White Sox are better than the Cubs because they were not a good team in the last 5 seasons but after the 2020 season they had a really good roster. In the 2021 season people were surprised that the White Sox started to win a lot of games and looking like a playoff contenders. By the end of the season they clinched their division and went to the playoffs.  

They did lose in the playoffs in the first round against the Astros. During the offseason they got some players from good teams for their positions that they need good players on.  If they can make it to the playoffs again then they can make it back to the World Series for the first time since 2005. They have a good power ranking above some of the good team that made the playoffs last year.
