Music has changed a lot over the years and there’s many genres of music and many ways you can make music because music contains many different parts that make a song. There will always be debates on who is the best artist of all time and who is “the king” of certain genres because there are tens of thousands of music artists and because of that everyone has their own music taste and their top 3 music artists and even if someone strongly disagrees it doesn’t matter because that is your own music taste. That being said, these are my top 3 favorite music artists.

On number 3 of my list I have Kanye West. His music is very good and he’s been around for longer than I’ve been alive and he’s always been pretty consistent with his music and has many hits and is still making music that’s on the Grammys for best album of 2021 competing with Certified lover boy (Drake) and Call Me If You Get Lost (Tyler the Creator). His Songs are also very meaningful and are very well made.

On number 2 of my list I have Kendrick Lamar. His music has a lot of meaning and you can tell he puts effort into his lyrics, he talks about his life and experiences. Some of my favorite songs from him are PRIDE. , untitled 8, ELEMENT, and A.D.H.D. All those songs have great meaning. It was extremely hard choosing between him and number 1 but the main reason is because he doesn’t really release music other than some features that he does.

On my number 1 of my list I would have to Drake because his music is always catchy and the melody of his music is catchy and his lyrics are well thought out and he has many different types of music and different meanings for a lot of his songs for people with different music taste and that’s what makes him so versatile to listen to. He has also been around the music industry for a very long time and has a lot of hits with over 53 million monthly listeners on Spotify and over 1.7 billion views on his song Hotline Bling on youtube alone.
