When they are about to serve, cheer them on, and when they are confused, help them if they aren’t being included, ask them to join you or ask if they want to pass. Don’t be mad if your teammate makes a mistake. If in a game they are confused on where to go to help them.

If your teammate makes a mistake and they don’t know how to do something that you do, help them figure it out.
How to Bump a Ball
How to bump a ball, first you make a fist with your thumb sticking out and then with your other hand just make it straight and put them together. The reason you need to put your hands like that is so you don’t hurt your fingers or break them. When the ball is coming at you don’t swing, just hold your platform because if you swing the ball will go crazy.
If the ball is coming softly you can move your platform up a little also using your legs. Don’t jump while you pass and have your arms straight. When you’re trying to pass the ball to a setter, drop your shoulder that’s facing the person you want to pass to so it goes in their direction. And if you want your passes to be consistent practice passing with a friend or if you’re alone you can pass with a wall.
In conclusion, that’s how to bump a volleyball and be a good teammate.
