Marvel has a very dated history. It started in 1938 by a man named Stan Lee. The first Marvel movie came out in 1944 and starred Dick Purcell as Captain America. Compared to today’s Captain America, it was not very realistic and “cheese”. Comparing the decades, movie making has come very far as today’s Marvel movies are as realistic as it gets. 

Marvel originally made comic books until 1944 and there about 37,000 made. I have read many of the Marvel comics and personally think they are pretty amazing. It is obvious why Marvel is very well known for their comics, movies and then first TV show in 2012. The first TV show was called, Agents of Shield. I have not seen Agents of Shield, but am looking forward to seeing if it compares to the comics and movies.
