When you do your makeup you cant just apply it with bare skin, unless you want to breakout real bad and get so much acne you can. But if you dont you should always mostourize before applying anything else to your makeup. You should use serums on your skin too just so the makeup doesnt damage your skin. After you do that you can apply primer so your makeup lasts longer and it doesnt end up looking cakey.
