Here is my day in the life of a baseball player game day edition. First I wake up depending on the game time. I usually have my jersey out the day before so I’m ready. I go down stairs and eat before I get driven or picked up to go. If we get there early we can hit in the cages until coaches show up and we are ready to go on the field. Once everyone is here we do our normal routine before the game starts. The games take about 2 and a half hours depending on how close or if it was a blow out.

Once the game is over I go home hop in the cold shower and get all the dirt off me. Then it is a relaxing day for the rest of the night. If it is an away game it depends on how far the game is so if there is a game at 5pm and its in Libertyville we probably won’t get home until 8:30-9. Under the light games are the best because we have all day to rest up and then the game doesn’t usually start until 8:30 and then we usually end around 11.
