Fun acts About Boxers

Fedra Lemus, Writer

Boxers are medium to large dogs. They were developed in Germany. There are many different types of Boxers. Some boxers are white, brown, dark brown, some might have some marks. Others might not have marks on their fur/skin. Female Boxers are proven to have more energy than male Boxers. They have the lifespan of 10 – 12 years. Boxers were in WW2. They were used as attack dogs and carried messages.

Boxers are a great family dog. They are good with kids but since they are energetic they might tackle the kid depending on the size of the dog and if it’s trained. Boxers are known for their loyalty, their great love and affection to their families. Boxers are not aggressive unless they sense bad intentions by someone. They might be distrustful to strangers at first, but once they get to see that they are doing no harm they will leave them alone.
