In building a PC also known as a personal computer there are parts that you need. A cpu, cpu cooler, however many fans you put in, motherboard, graphics card, and some that just need to work. I will go over which are the best and which ones are good for being on a budget in my opinion. For a case, the best is very situational, It’s mainly just which one has good airflow and space depending on what build you are doing. For a cpu the best one in my opinion right now is a Ryzen 9 5900x or an intel i9 for performance, a decent budget cpu is a Ryzen 3000.

For a cpu cooler the best big cooler is a Deepcool assassin III, the best budget cooler is a  Shadow Rock Slim 2. For my opinion the best and quiet fan is the Noctua NF-S12B redux-1200, for a budget fan the best choice is Arctic F12 PWM Rev.2 120mm, fans are kind of situational depending on what case you have. For a motherboard the best intel is Intel Z490 motherboard, for an AMD motherboard I will go with an AMD X570 motherboard. I think currently the best motherboard under $100 is a Gigabyte B550M DS3H. For a graphics card I love the Geforce RTX 3090 or a 3080 they’re very hard to get right now but I love those two also the Geforce RTX 3070.

Thanks for reading and I hope this helped.
